Incident Report 74399 2020 is a new release from Jimmy Boom Semtex and a follow up to the other 2020 volumes. The varied work includes about Jimmy's childhood, school years and teens. Work also covers being bullied, fighting back, his interest in hiking, in aircraft and his artistic side, plus the darkness in the error of one's ways, and also the facts of illegal street car racing. His family life is also mentioned and crazy times with his friends where they got up to many escapades. Poems range from funny, sad, happy, surreal and more. This is a snapshot into Jimmy's world.
