Riga Sealion

Riga Sealion
Riga went to the planet where they made her disc. She flew a smaller disc. It was a single or two seater named Sealion. It was cool. You could call it a sports version. It was.modelled on the bigger disc but without many of the systems. This made it smaller and faster. The range and endurance was shorter due to  having a smaller reactor. The aliens right Riga how to manage the systems. Many were thought controlled with manual back up. It was made with ease of use on mind. The disc served as a personal or light transport. It could be used for going to meetings or to transport important objects. No matter how advanced a civilisation vehicles were still needed. This one was an example. It wasn't  age old like Riga's flying saucer. It was new build. The hull atoms were younger though they had almost infinite life. The craft was grown in the ship yards. Almost line a living entity. Half alive half machine. It could fly itself but there was something correct about carrying a passenger or crew. It's what vehicles did. Riga went for a test flight with an alien called Gerald. They circled the planet and it's moons. Nothing fancy just a chance to get to know the ship.  Riga out some Deep Purple and then Bathory on the digital control system. This functioned in all ways to control the ship. The aliens liked the music just fine! Flying far from Earth in an alien ship playing alternative music..it rarely got better than that. Riga nodded her head to the tunes and rolled the craft. They circled the purple moon and came back for another pass. She descended low over the surface watching the shadows cast by the triple suns. Then she climbed steeply up and whooped with joy. This was excellent! The music continued and so did their trip. The aliens would give Riga this little craft as a gift. They liked her spirit and we're close friends. The small gal had qualities the aliens possessed and admired. That was quite rare in humans. It was why they magically summoned her. And her she was. out their lasted disc. She was the first non-alien to have a go. She would give it a positive review! Riga the small gal now in a small flying saucer. How about that? Now it was time for Opeth...
