New BPO job

New BPO job

And so I left my call centre job after my ex-galfriend turned cold on me. She went Full No Contact on me. She told me a list of things: stop sending me many messages, stop looking for me on lunch dinner break, do not ever ask me again if she misses what we did together before (she threatened to report me to HR on this, I must respect her decision to be away from me, do not pester her to add me again on FB/IG, her middle daughter said don’t ever go to their house again, it ended with my ex blocking my accounts. This was a few weeks Meta took them all offline due to erotic writing content. We tried to be friends and failed. It was due to her coldness, enforced rules, no personal talk, no time together, no flirting and more. She left me Nov 4 2012. I gave several resignation letters in. Some I withdrew early on. The last pushed thru and I left the company in Oct 2013. Almost a year after she left me. We sadly failed at friends. I’m fed up of reaching out to her and feeling depressed much of the time. She was one I wanted to keep hold of. We both failed here. Too many issues and no tissues. Now I’m struggling to move on. Being out of there helps as old memories aren’t triggered. Yet I miss her hugely. I listed her as a reference on my CV/resume. Was she called from my new job and did she give me a good reference? I got into one of my moods. I finally deleted her numbers for good so I cannot text her when I’m upset or down. She blocked them both and never replied or took my calls. I’ve only her email. This she ignores. An old work mate knows of us and speaks to her. Ask her to unblock my numbers and contact me I told him. He never replied back so I deleted his number. I deal with all this crap by writing. I’ll focus on my new job and never ever be involved with a gal in work. Our key differences are she is a great critical thinker and I’m happy go lucky. This tore us apart I think after her dad died then she found she was ill. I wish she had turned to me instead of pushing me away. My trust for her is in bits yet my love remains the same. I ask my Mother Goddess to delete my feeling for her. I will move on yet always be affected by events. Always touched by our love and what we did and where we went, always hurt by her leaving me and how she changed and how we failed at friends. I do not think this is the end. Just a pause. We will continue sometime in the future. In this life or the next. I wish Riga love light and blessings always. I’m grateful for the love created and how we succeeded. On a whole it was not a failure as we created love. Even if it ended badly. Riga was my biggest ever call centre story. For that I am eternally grateful.

new writing

Free Dom
Nothing is free in this life
Not the air you breath
Or the grass you walk upon
Nor the daily bread you eat
All things have a cost
Business is just that
Design me an album cover
Paint it or use cgi or a photo
This will cost a certain amount
If it's free how will they eat?
Do not expect a free meal
It doesn't work that way
If you want me to wash your car
You better be able to pay me
Or I will burn your vehicle!
Nothing is free in this world

Syllables are here/all in a line over there/write me a poem

Amigo Eating

Amigo liked to eat spicy food. He was a trained chef. This skill was used often. From his Marine Corp days to working with boss Gaz. Amigo prepared food for TBs and parties. It was why he was popular with his colleagues. There were a few good cooks in the call centre. They took it in turns to do it. Amigo's signature meal was a tuna pasta. It didn’t last long going well with beer. Beer in Thailand was cheap. Wages were not high but enough for a simple life. This included running a motorbike. Amigo's galfriend Sandra cooked his daily food. She made him sandwiches or fried chicken or lemon rice with vegetables. Amigo ate most things. He liked instant noodles even if they weren't healthy. Amigo ate a lot. It added to his large bulk. All three hundred pounds of it. A good meal or two was the highlight of his day and any get together with his work mates. Sandra's food skills were not as good as his. Yet he ate what she made. Amigo once had his own eatery back in the States. He closed it when things with his wife never worked out. If he didn’t work in a call centre here it was a fall back plan. Amigo ate five big meals a day and loved it.

Amigo Little

Amigo Little

Amigo once worked in another small call centre outside Bangkok. Right from the start there were issues. He had a broken headset. They asked him to buy a new one! He explained why should he? This is given by the company so he can do his job. Give me a damn new one! His three hundred pounds and raised voice did the trick. In less than five minutes he had a new one. The second level boss had or was an issue. Amigo was called over to his station. The wannabe boss simply said, 'Do your job and do not cause me any issues.' Amigo nodded and said he would do his job. And if the guy gave him any crap he would go through the fucking window! They never talked again. The coach or real boss talked to Amigo on job concerns or anything else. The calls were easy enough. And there were enough of them to keep the eight reps there busy. None of the reps liked the second boss. One rep was French and he hated the boss. Much of it was cultural. He was going to assault the boss. Amigo said no, don't do that. Do you know what Thai jails are like? Simply write a bad review of him and the company online. Don’t risk going to jail. Amigo left the company after four months. The pay was average. There was something dodgy about the second boss. Amigo thought it was his aloofness. Three weeks after leaving the place was raided by the cops! The French guy had quit a week before this. The second boss was caught red handed. He was syphoning off client funds that were for the business expansion. The main boss was oblivious to this. The second boss got four years in jail. Amigo met the French guy for a beer. They laughed long and hard at the second boss' downfall. Good job you never twatted him! He'll get that inside jail. It was funny how life works out. Adam would apply for other call centre jobs.

Amigo Now

 Amigo Now
Amigo was busy on the phones on a heath care account scamming pain gel cream to suckers. Ask them for their medical id card numbers. Together with their name and date of birth and you had a sale. Give them a short all in speech on how the cream would change their life. Send it through and they were scammed. Amigo's work mate used the same cream for tattoos. It did work but for different things. They were scamming it for arthritis pain relief. It was used before minor surgery or tattoos. The tattoo loving rep swore by it so got good sales. Amigo for better sales as he nailed the Spanish ones. It was an Egyptian brother called Omar who set up the scam. With his brother they scammed Americans out of millions. This was the latest scam. Sell them pain gel cream via their health insurance. And it worked. The tattooed rep had 35 sales. Amigo had 52. They were paid five bucks per sale. Amigo had got three in the first half of his shift and was on a role. They were just doing a job. Let the bosses and Egyptian wanker get charged for fraud! Amigoi and his tattooed mate would get drunk after shift. Not all call centre work was bad. It was only phone calls scamming pain gel cream...

Riga Microwave!

Riga Microwave!

It was the same shit different day. Riga was stressed again. Tech support was hard. The reps were not physically there with the problem equipment. They had to ask questions and go off the caller's answers. Some callers were tech blind. They had issues describing the issue details! Today Riga wasn’t in the mood. It was call after call of TVs not turning on or dog chewed remotes or a VCR with a jammed tape. Riga had to be nice and polite to the callers. She didn’t want any DSATs. It hit her metrics and bonus pay out. One caller really annoyed Riga. Emily called in about her microwave oven. It sparked violently when she put a metal bowl in with a spoon. Why was this? Chinese made piece of junk! I want to reheat my porridge, it makes a buzzing noise smells of burning and sparks badly. Why is this? Come and fix it for me. Riga muted the call sighed and swore under her breath. Go over there and fix it? She was eight thousand miles away in Thailand! She composed herself and advised the caller to put the porridge in a plastic microwave safe bowl with no metal objects. Then there would be no issue. The caller argued and said her metal bowl was fine for the oven. Riga advised this is a microwave oven. Ma'am, both are different types of ovens. Metal bowls are no good for a microwave. It says this in the user's manual. Please be mindful of this. When you use a plastic microwave safe bowl there will be no issues. The caller went mad and called Riga stupid told her to fuck off and hung up the call. Riga sent TL Frisha a Teams message. TL replied and consoled Riga. It was all part of the job. Onto the next call. Poor little Riga.
