Quadrants

'I've got many blessings but they aint that kind…'

New year soon here, yes/later this year will leave, now you/lighten up my friend

Dotted

Start and never stop…

…being a bitch with me

…drinking all the beer ever

…running away inside issues

…a million tissues no problems

…given a big storm you to me

…no pets gone to you

Hazed Again

Frosted glass hazy shapes

Figure in black outstretched hand

Muted sounds visible white flash

Other shape in blue falls down

Hit man in action or woman?

Get out of there witness!

They will enter the next room

You will be next frosted glass

All going hazy is this real?

January month/not here yet but what's to come?/happiness sadness?

Amigo Little

Amigo Little

Amigo once worked in another small call centre outside Bangkok. Right from the start there were issues. He had a broken headset. They asked him to buy a new one! He explained why should he? This is given by the company so he can do his job. Give me a damn new one! His three hundred pounds and raised voice did the trick. In less than five minutes he had a new one. The second level boss had or was an issue. Amigo was called over to his station. The wannabe boss simply said, 'Do your job and do not cause me any issues.' Amigo nodded and said he would do his job. And if the guy gave him any crap he would go through the fucking window! They never talked again. The coach or real boss talked to Amigo on job concerns or anything else. The calls were easy enough. And there were enough of them to keep the eight reps there busy. None of the reps liked the second boss. One rep was French and he hated the boss. Much of it was cultural. He was going to assault the boss. Amigo said no, don't do that. Do you know what Thai jails are like? Simply write a bad review of him and the company online. Don’t risk going to jail. Amigo left the company after four months. The pay was average. There was something dodgy about the second boss. Amigo thought it was his aloofness. Three weeks after leaving the place was raided by the cops! The French guy had quit a week before this. The second boss was caught red handed. He was syphoning off client funds that were for the business expansion. The main boss was oblivious to this. The second boss got four years in jail. Amigo met the French guy for a beer. They laughed long and hard at the second boss' downfall. Good job you never twatted him! He'll get that inside jail. It was funny how life works out. Adam would apply for other call centre jobs.

Amigo Now

 Amigo Now
Amigo was busy on the phones on a heath care account scamming pain gel cream to suckers. Ask them for their medical id card numbers. Together with their name and date of birth and you had a sale. Give them a short all in speech on how the cream would change their life. Send it through and they were scammed. Amigo's work mate used the same cream for tattoos. It did work but for different things. They were scamming it for arthritis pain relief. It was used before minor surgery or tattoos. The tattoo loving rep swore by it so got good sales. Amigo for better sales as he nailed the Spanish ones. It was an Egyptian brother called Omar who set up the scam. With his brother they scammed Americans out of millions. This was the latest scam. Sell them pain gel cream via their health insurance. And it worked. The tattooed rep had 35 sales. Amigo had 52. They were paid five bucks per sale. Amigo had got three in the first half of his shift and was on a role. They were just doing a job. Let the bosses and Egyptian wanker get charged for fraud! Amigoi and his tattooed mate would get drunk after shift. Not all call centre work was bad. It was only phone calls scamming pain gel cream...

Off to the mountain/what crystals will I find? See/the stories they tell

High Forget

Hike the mountain

Move on from her

Self survival matters most

What’s the matter the gal asks?

Oh I’m thinking of her

One who once meant the world to me

And now is in my past

I go to the peaks for here

I only have the problems around me

From the natural environment

Those with my ex

And irate callers are forgotten

Climb the high ground

All issues forgotten

Greek Corsairs

See the Greek Corsair jets dance in the sky

Taking on Turkish Vipers in a mad flight

Bombers turned into fighters

And they manage it!

Getting a lock on beyond dispute

See the F16 in the target cross

No denying that it was pure skill

If this was real and not a game

The Viper pilot would be swimming home

Or worse in Valhalla with the others

All equal in battle and death

Put there by a big heavy Greek A7

A left over from Vietnam

Dropping bombs from a carrier

In a different world of jungle and heat

Not blue skies and clear waters

Nobody flies like the Greeks

Facing off a nation eight times bigger

It has always been this way for them

Democracy and history have a cost

Corsairs chasing Vipers is an example

Here we are again/on the tarmac, alert crew/when they come, ready!

It Takes

Be a survivor not a victim

Mindset is important

Absorb the first blow

Come back fighting to win

Stop their sacrilege

It's not religion

They use it to subjugate

For self gain and control

Jettison weakness find power

Even the humble are strong

Move on past them

Stop them following you

By whatever means it takes

Pointed missile rests/awake, who will it kill, maim?/there is no peace here

Every single person there

Carries an invisible tag

Listing the problems they carry

What are yours?

Are they like mine?
