Riga Flighting
There is something brilliant about writing about Riga's character and aerospace themes. Riga fits flying like a plane does the sky. Purely there. Not imagination or illusion. Real and existing. To fly not only takes a dreamer. It takes an organized mind. Not just marvelling at the sky but to work out fuel fractions, alternate routes, airmanship. Critical thinking and being proactive allowed for this. As did being a competent leader. These stories are among my best. I myself lack her detailed forward thinking. How would my plane fly compared to hers? Would I impact the mountain and she land safely? We are best flying together. Riga as my guide. If it's a single seater it'll get cosy. Her skills will get us there in one piece. What if there's an emergency? No worries. Riga is my pilot. She has plans aplenty. The wing falls off. Riga will get us down safely. How is that? Is she a witch too hehe? Riga the pilot.

Riga Single Seaters
Riga liked to fly single seat flying machines. She had quite a list. All were cool. They included:
A red and yellow single seat aerobatic helicopter
A green coloured rag wing biplane
A sky blue swept wing small jet fighter
A low wing varnished fabric monoplane
A small flying saucer sports model
Riga flew all of these low over the river plain. By the mountains she pulled up or flew down the winding valley. It was such fun! And safe. For Riga was flying.
