SPEAR FLY Nick Armbrister and Saurabh Pant poems

Leaded
It still goes on
This ongoing drug war
Teenagers killed by who?
By bullets is who
Dead is dead
More corpses here and there
Adding to the list
Already in multiple thousands
When will it stop?
The latest wake is held
Another local teen dead
Smoke and mirrors
Hooded gunmen hiding
Firing from the shadows
Only visible in the muzzle flash
Then hidden once more
Their work visible to all
Another dead body

On the ground full of lead

South American Flights

Demands may proceed the light visible ahead,
People crossing rivers and seas to reach out new strikes,
Remands may prohibit the locals to approach the riches ahead,
The colonies want to fly away with the new South American flights.

Amendments may avail the chances once available to all,
The treaties between the kings and imperators help the origins of brutal strikes,
Statements may proclaim revolving through the history books once more,
The colonies wished to fly away around those rich South American flights.

Civilizations would once more be challenged by the brutal assaults,
The flashes and bangs may lit the countryside lights,
On the brink of victory, the colonialists would deal with the leaders to claim,
The soil from this world also provides the sight of those South American Flights.

Civilizations were destroyed to proclaim the new challenges visible to the foreigners,
Hopes to damp soil and gift more to their homes became the prior sight!
ON the death of the civilizations on those rivers bank of the Southern Platform,
The Europeans finally conquered becoming the champions of South American flights...
